How do I send mail to Team Prime?
Optimus travels all over the galaxy. So fan mailings are processed at our Cybertron Postal Partner in Pennsylvania, and then dispersed to Optimus Prime's current location. If you would like to send fan mail of any kind to us, please follow these steps:
- Make sure your letter or package is secured and safe for transit (it's a long way to Cybertron!)
- Add the proper postage to help ensure it reaches us
- Mail your letter or package to the following address: Optimus Prime - P.O. Box 132, Gilbert, PA 18331 - 0132

While this is certainly NOT a requirement or expectation with our fan mail program, we proudly offer you the option of hearing from Optimus in return!
If you would like Optimus to send you a letter, whether it be a 'thank you' message, a response to a question, or just a simple Cybertronian greeting, please include the following in your mailing:
- The
return address we should send our response to.
- Backstory, information, and/or at least some details about the individual Optimus should send the response to. For example, what grade are they in? Or what type of work do they do? Any recent accomplishments or hardships that we can provide encouragement on? What can you tell us about their love for Transformers and Optimus Prime? (Anything you are willing to provide will help him personalize each and every response.)
- A check for $10.00 USD (per response) made out to "JAR Entertainment" (the team who handles all packages for Mr. Prime). This will help us cover the mailing expenses for the long journey back to your home from Cybertron! Optimus will not only send you his own personal greeting, but he has even promised to include a little something special in his mailings.

What else should I know? Payment must be in US DOLLARS ONLY. If you live outside the USA or Canada, we can accept Paypal or Venmo (contact us for payment email address). Checks from foreign banks (outside of the US) can NOT be accepted. ALL mailings are confidential. While we may post images from time to time of certain mailings on our social media pages, last names and/or personal information will never be shared publicly, nor will your personal information ever be sold to a third party or used for any other purpose.
Optimus Prime is a fictional character. This address has been setup by Joe Fiduccia, the owner of the Optimus Prime replica truck, to provide a way for fans and children to communicate with their childhood hero. Letters and packaging are not sent to the "real" Optimus Prime, nor are they sent to anyone at Hasbro, Paramount Pictures, or any of the actors and actresses from the feature films. $10.00 USD covers ONE mailing to any single individual within the continental USA. If more than one response is requested, $10 extra per response should be added to your payment. Please message us for international mailing rates. Upon receipt of your letter, response times (if requested) vary greatly depending on the time of year. But most responses are mailed out within 1 - 3 weeks.
